Who we are

Gigapath.ai is an infrastructure advisory group serving AI compute providers. This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website. Questions can be directed to info@gigapath.ai.

Information we collect

• Contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form, we receive the name, company, email address, and message you provide. Submissions are transmitted through our form-processing provider and delivered to our team by email. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. To keep the form free of automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm submissions come from a person; it may set a temporary token in your browser for that purpose.
• Cluster request submissions. When you submit our Request a Cluster form, we receive the contact details and deployment preferences you provide. These are delivered to our team through our internal messaging workspace (Slack) and, as a backup, by email, and are used solely to scope and respond to your request. This form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile in the same way as the contact form.

Cookies

Google Analytics and ZoomInfo WebSights set cookies or use similar technologies to perform the functions described above. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site works fully without them.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and consultation requests.
• To measure and improve the performance of our website.
• To understand the organizations interested in our services.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.

Data retention and security

Contact inquiries are retained only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement. This site is served over HTTPS, is fully static, and stores no personal data on its own servers.
